Companies/Organizations applying for this Program agree to provide the interns with professional training at the company’s facilities and all the necessary support and work conditions, in accordance with the previously defined training plan and the goals set by INOV Contacto.

All companies shall, therefore,

• Prepare a detailed internship plan;
• Follow the objectives and work plan in accordance with the description and tasks included in the internship plan;
• Ensure that the internship will take place in the company’s facilities;
• Ensure that the internship will be undertaken in a continuous and uninterrupted way, in accordance with the company’s own policies and the country’s legislation;
• Inform the INOV Contacto team with a 2-month notice if the internship needs to be interrupted, as the interns are not expected to take holidays during the internship;
• Allow the intern to have access to his/her NetworkContacto email account since it is his/her main bridge of communication with AICEP E.P.E.;
• Support all costs related with work travels during the internship abroad. If the work travels imply entering a different country, then it shall be previously agreed with the INOV Contacto coordinating team so that the insurance policies can be activated in due time;
• Inform the INOV Contacto team in the event of a significant change to the proposed internship plan;
• Be willing to provide financial or material support to their interns.

Since the internship will be subject to a regular and continuous evaluation, the participating companies agree to provide the Program's coordinating team with all the necessary information regarding the intern’s performance, evolution and assiduity.

All companies shall, therefore,

• Appoint an internship supervisor, both in Portugal and abroad, who can effectively monitor the intern throughout the training period and provide a serious and regular assessment of the fulfillment of the proposed internship plan;
• Approve the training timesheet submitted by the intern each month;
• Provide the the Program's coordinating team with the evaluation reports (mid-term and final reports) regarding the intern’s performance and level of accomplishment of the internship plan;
• Contact the Program's coordinating team whenever there is a change in the proposed training plan and/or the impossibility of carrying on the internship itself;
